Meet Pitt County 4 you
Most Realtors use the about me to tell you about how they are a multi-million dollar producer. Well…I am a far cry from your average Realtor. First, the median age of a North Carolina Realtor is 51. You might wonder what this means to you? As a Generation X, I am technology savvy and keep on the cutting edge. I want the systems and tools before anyone even knows about it. Houses are not the only things that I sell. I am in a business where first I must sell myself. I am very active in my community. I am a member of the Pitt County Chamber of Commerce and the Farmville Chamber of Commerce. Once a week, I participate in a local program called FACTS: Farmville Area Schools Coming Together. We read to kindergarteners that other wise would be missed in the system. I am a member of the Pitt County Home Builders Association. I am also very active at my church, Farmville Presbyterian. I feel like I have lived in Pitt County all of my life! I remember moving to Farmville in the 3rd grade. I fell in love with all the houses. The quiet streets, the quaint downtown, people waving when you walked down the streets. I love Greenville. Nothing is more fun than going to an East Carolina football game. In fact, I loved Pitt County so much that I decided to stay here for college. I attended East Carolina and was majoring in Accounting. However, the Lord had a different plan for me. It came in the way of a baby girl named Caroline. I got my Real Estate license in 2004 so that I could work and still be able to spend time with my daughter. Now I have three alarm clocks. Caroline is three; Rachel is two; and Ward is six months. They are what keeps me going! After growing up tobacco farming, my husband sought a new job in 1999. He became a Residential and Commercial General Contractor. He builds on average 10 houses per year. This has helped me to better understand to housing industry and to better serve my clients. So…why use me to buy or sell your home? Let me tell you what my biggest asset is: I am just like you. My husband and I have moved three times in three years. I remember what it felt like to buy my first home. I remember how frustrated I was when that Realtor did not return my calls. I did not understand all those contracts.
